Visiting the website

These are static pages. This website’s code uses no advertising cookies, audience analytics tools, remote fonts or embedded social content. You do not need an account or a form to read the Fear Tide privacy policy.

Like any web server, the hosting infrastructure processes information needed to deliver pages and protect the service: IP address, request date and time, requested address, server response and technical information supplied by the browser. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing a reliable and secure website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Any technical logs follow the host’s rotation cycles and are retained according to operational and incident investigation needs; we do not create an advertising tracking database from them.

Contacting us by email

If you write to Aberratic, we use your email address and message content to respond. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling incoming enquiries, or our legal obligation for data protection requests. Correspondence is kept while the enquiry is being handled; afterwards, only information still necessary to meet an obligation or defend legal rights is retained for the applicable period.

To request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, or to object where the applicable conditions are met, contact contact@aberratic.com. We normally respond within one month, subject to extensions allowed by the GDPR. You can contact the competent supervisory authority, including the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Gameplay analytics and bug reports are described in the Fear Tide privacy policy. Opening this website does not grant consent to data collection in the game.
